International Order Guide

This guide covers everything you need to know about placing an international order with us.

Order Processing & Shipping

  • All orders are packed the same or next business day

  • Pre-orders are packed the same or next business day after arrival at our warehouse

  • During larger comebacks or high-demand periods, processing may take an additional business day

Important:

  • Orders are shipped only when all items are in stock

  • We are unable to split orders

  • If you want items shipped separately, please place multiple orders


Shipping Rates

International shipping prices (excluding VAT):

  • Extra Small (up to 400g): 175 NOK

  • Small (up to 1kg): 265 NOK

  • Medium (up to 2kg): 320 NOK

  • Large (up to 10kg): 399 NOK

  • Extra Large (up to 20kg): 599 NOK

Free international shipping on orders over 2999 NOK (excluding VAT)

 

 Checkout Information

  • Please choose the smallest available shipping option at checkout

  • If an option does not appear, your cart is too heavy or large for that option

  • Some options may be unavailable due to package size, not just weight

  • Selecting a shipping option labeled “Norway Only” for an international order will result in cancellation

Most other countries can also be shipped to upon request.
If your country is not listed, please contact us via email to place your order manually.

* China: Limited to 5 copies per product
** USA: Orders over 5000 NOK must be placed via email

Payment Options

We accept:

  • PayPal

  • Card payments

Card Payment Info:

  • Card payments are only reserved for a few days

  • If you order during a holiday or place a pre-order, the payment may be released back to your account

  • You will only be charged when your order ships


VAT & Customs

  • All international orders are charged excluding Norwegian VAT (25%)

  • Your total updates automatically at checkout when you enter your address

  • Customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country

⚠️ Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties


Tracking & Delivery

  • All shipments are sent with tracking

  • You can track your order here:

  • Once your package arrives in your country, it can also be tracked via your local postal carrier


Responsibility & Important Information

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once shipped

  • If an issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier first


Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be changed or cancelled as long as they have not been shipped


Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship food items internationally

  • Some products or album versions may not be eligible for international shipping
